Shelly Williford, aka “Shell Sells FL,” offers over 21 years of experience in Real Estate and New Construction in Northeast Florida including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Ponte Vedra, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine and Amelia Island. From first-time home buyers to seasoned homeowners, Shelly helps her clients sell, find, and design and build their dream homes. She is a knowledgable, passionate, driven, and dedicated Real Estate Professional. Shelly acquired two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Management and Marketing from the University of North Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from the Florida State University. Her Real Estate designations include: Broker Associate, NAR Member, and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). As a resident of Florida for over 25 years, Shelly is very passionate about her home and enjoys giving back to the community.
